Shanghai Kefeng Alloy Precision Casting Co., Ltd. is a branch of Zhejiang Shidai Casting Co., Ltd. which produces special precision castings with advanced equipment, sophisticated technology and strict quality-control system of lost wax investment casting. Our company covers an area as large as 20,000 square meters, and the investment capital is USD1,850,000 in the first project. Our monthly casting capability is 50 metric tons and is still expanding.

With years of casting experience, advanced equipment and skilled staff, we have the ability to provide perfect products. Our company is equipped with the most advanced facilities and machines. We have adopted advanced precision casting technology, high-frequency induction furnace, vacuum induction furnace and vacuum self-consumable electrode skull furnace. These equipment help us produce high quality stainless steel, refractory alloy, titanium-base alloy and carbon steel precision castings. We also have introduced Automated Fabrication System to make wax mould rapidly without making pattern so as to deliver samples rapidly and accurately. Meanwhile, in order to insure the quality of products to meet the requirement of our customers from home and abroad, we bought vacuum heat-treatment furnace, spectrometer, projecting apparatus and X-ray detector. With a machine-tooling workshop, we have the ability of lathing, milling and boring as well as drilling.

Currently we mainly produce three series of products, namely:

1) Stainless precision castings: including pipe fittings, valve bodies, pumps, tools, marine parts, machinery parts, golf heads, sewing-machine parts, saddlery, kitchen utensils parts, and construction hardware.

2) Refractory alloy precision castings: including vane wheels of supercharger, parts of aircraft engine, and parts for petroleum and chemical industries.

3) Titanium alloy precision castings: including pumps, valve body, vane wheels, impellers, and golf heads.

We have established a strong and professional research department. General Manager Mr. Li Aizong is an expert of casting technology and member of China Casting Association. Therefore, he is familiar with the casting technology and material composition. Besides, we have our own department to develop new products using Pro/E and Auto CAD software to insure the quality of products.

Quality is life. There is strict quality control system in our company, which includes strict control and inspection for every production step. Material testing is conducted before each pouring. Each record can be traced and 100% products are inspected.
